Welcome to York Pizza, Subs & Wings ("York Pizza"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website yorkpizzamd.com, our digital menu, and our text-message and email programs. By using our website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
York Pizza, Subs & Wings is a carry-out and delivery restaurant located at 3401 Greenmount Ave, Baltimore, MD 21218, phone (410) 235-6290. We are open every day from 2 PM to 11:59 PM; hours may change on holidays.
2. Orders, prices and payment
- Online orders are placed through our online ordering partner at orderonlinemenu.com/YorkPizzaWingsSubs and are subject to that partner's terms. You may also order by phone.
- Menu items, prices and specials are subject to change without notice. Prices on printed materials or third-party apps may differ from our website; the price at the time your order is confirmed applies.
- Maryland sales tax is added to all orders. A delivery fee may apply.
- Pickup orders are typically ready in 15–20 minutes and delivery in 30–60 minutes; times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods.
- Delivery is available within approximately 2.5 miles of our store. Outside our delivery area, orders may be placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub or Slice under their terms.
3. Cancellations and refund policy
- Because food is prepared to order, an order cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
- If your order is wrong, missing items, or there is a quality problem, call us at (410) 235-6290 right away (please keep your receipt and the food) and we will replace the item or issue a refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Cash orders are refunded in store.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order.
- Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub or Slice are refunded through that app under its own policy.
4. Allergies and food safety
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, fish, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Please tell us about any allergy when ordering.
5. SMS Terms
Program: York Pizza Text Deals, sent by York Pizza, Subs & Wings. By opting in (web form at www.yorkpizzamd.com/sms-signup, texting YORK, or asking us in store or by phone) you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages from York Pizza, Subs & Wings at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help or call (410) 235-6290. After you send STOP we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — including the York logo, text, images and design — belongs to York Pizza, Subs & Wings or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Third-party services
Our site links to third-party services (online ordering, delivery apps, chat tools, maps). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, York Pizza, Subs & Wings is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
